INJURY: Big Bear Cozy Cabins is not responsible for any injury or loss whatsoever while on the vacation rental property. Please use caution when walking on the driveways, walkways, decks, etc. of the rental homes especially during snowy/icy weather because they can be extremely slippery. Under no circumstances will renters or their guests hold owners of Big Bear Cozy Cabins responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay.

MAINTENANCE OF VACATION RENTAL HOME: Be sure to lock all windows and doors. Trash must be properly disposed of. If in Big Bear Lake, trash can be taken to the Garstin St. disposal site. If trash is left behind after tenant stay, there will be an automatic $5.00 per bag charge for disposal charges.

Cabins must be left neat and in same basic condition as upon arrival. Dishes must be washed and cooled ashes from fireplace and b-bque placed into ash buckets. Do not move hot ashes as fire may occur. Additional cleaning
charges will occur if these requirements are not met.

If cabins have a spa, it must be closed and locked when not in use. At pet friendly cabins, it is the guest’s responsibility to pick-up deposits made in the yard by pet. A charge of $15.00 will automatically be charged to your credit card if deposits are found.

AMENITIES IN HOME: Each property is individually owned. Amenities shown to be at the house are listed to the best of our knowledge but are not guaranteed. Big Bear Cozy Cabins acts as a facilitating rental agent for the
individual property owner. Any guest must recognize that Big Bear Cozy Cabins is not representing any of its interests, implied or expressed.
