COMMISSION FEE - We charge the lowest commission fee on the mountain. We deduct only 25% from renter fees for handling every last detail of renting out your home leaving you worry-free. The average commission fee is 40%, your monthly checks will be larger from us than any other rental company up here!

ADVERTISING - Your home will be viewed all over the internet! And we are at the top of the search engines. We market with the largest internet companies to target our diverse variety of customers including skiers, snowboarders, hikers, fishermen, boaters, bicyclists, event interests, church groups and much more! We insure the utmost beneficial exposure for your home. You won't be disappointed! We accept all major credit cards payments on-line as well as checks and cash. We have Real Time Credit Authorization so there is no delay in getting your payment directly to you on a monthly basis. We welcome any input from the homeowners in marketing your home.

MAINTENANCE - We will do any necessary small repairs that may arise in your home at a low cost. We will deduct the cost for parts and labor from your monthly check (a full receipt and explanation for repairs will be included). No purchases for parts will be made without your prior consent. For larger repair needs, we would be happy to obtain 3 estimates from reputable repair companies on the mountain. We will allow you to decide which company to utilize. Then, we will proceed to oversee all necessary involvement in process. Of course, you will be given the option to repair on your own.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - We offer 24-hour on-call service to both homeowners and renters for any reason including reservations, emergencies, maintenance, etc. We enable you to reach someone with the
authorization to make immediate decisions, unlike larger companies. We conduct house checks to enforce occupancy limits, no pets (if not allowed) & and all around proper maintenance of your home. We refer heavily on referrals based on our awesome customer service.

GUEST SERVICE BENEFITS - We charge the lowest booking and cleaning fees to the guests as an incentive to draw in renters by keeping their costs down. We also have gift baskets available. We provide all linens, sheets, and plenty of warm blankets. We also extend our excellent customer service to our guests to ensure all needs are met and they are comfortable. We respond to all e-mails within one business hour. We aim to please the guest so they give us their return business as well as referrals.

HOUSEKEEPING - Every house will be thoroughly cleaned after every rental use at no cost to you! We will even maintain your spa at a low cost. Each house will be checked prior to arrival of each guest to insure house is intact
so any damage can be detected done by renter and charged appropriately. In closing, be assured we will treat your home as if it we our own!
